Miss J’s Boudoir Experience
I only met Miss J for the first time at her session, but we had been talking in my VIP Lounge for much longer than that. She’s funny and full of laughter, and a fibro warrior. She’s a mom and a wife.
When she booked in for her session, she admitted she was nervous and scared. She didn’t know if she could do it, if she was fearless enough. But she wanted to be.
What started as a Christmas gift for her husband turned into an empowerment boudoir session for herself.

This is my Humble Brag but I want it to stand out because it’s about my boudie session. The idea of having a boudoir session started as simply a gift for my husband. After discovering Jenn and Supernova Boudoir, the biggest reason I wanted to do it was because every single woman in Jennifer‘s portfolio looked fearless and I wanted that for myself. I think we all have gone through moments, some more than others, in our lives when we don’t think we’ll make it through a certain point in it. Somehow, we soldier on. We find our strength. Each time we do this, we fear less as we discover more about ourselves. Whether we draw our strength from within or from those around us, we have it and we use it, even when we don’t realize it at the time. I reflected on my life for a bit and it was only then that I realized how fearless I had become. I need to see it reflected to remind me of this. The mirror can’t show you the way a camera lens can. This became as much a gift to myself as it will be for my husband. I was still a bundle of nerves when I got to my session. It was still something I had never done before! Jennifer and Fionnghuala were so warm, funny, welcoming and sweet. I felt like the most important person in the room. We had a lot of fun and by the end of my session I realized I’m chatting without a care in the world while wearing nipple pasties and a thong. Good times! If you are on the fence… DO IT!
