Items that are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Digital products such as presets, files, guides, and anything else you have purchased for download or are to receive digitally, whether or not you have already downloaded your purchase.
  • Commissioned photography including digital images, albums, and other artwork because these items are created specifically for you.

When you purchase from us, you agree to these terms.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or other store credit.
