Each booking is good for one Mini Session with three (3) digital images. All payments made toward mini sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your session time is reserved specifically for you. Punctuality is essential. Clients arriving late may have session time reduced accordingly in order to stay on schedule. Excessive lateness may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable. Mini sessions cannot be rescheduled unless otherwise approved by the photographer. Jennifer James Photography reserves the right to reschedule in the event of unsafe weather conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond control.  If Jennifer James Photography needs to cancel, a full refund will be issued to the card used.
